When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and password (encrypted). If you subscribe, we collect payment information through our secure payment processors (Stripe). If you connect a trading account, we store your MT5 login credentials (encrypted) to execute trades on your behalf.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the trading service, execute trades on your connected MT5 account, process payments, send important service updates, and improve our AI trading algorithms.
Your passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms. MT5 credentials are stored securely and only used to execute trades on your behalf. We never share your trading credentials with third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, MetaAPI for trade execution on MT5 platforms, and OpenAI for AI-powered market analysis. Each service has its own privacy policy.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or share data with advertisers.
You can: access your personal data through your account settings, update your information at any time, delete your account by contacting support, and request a copy of your data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Trade history may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
